Problem: A Banner/Sign shop business increasing, and old method of writing down the status of jobs/quotes was starting to negatively impact the business.

Technology Used: MySQL, Apache, PHP, CSS, XHTML, Javascript

Solution: The finished product is a website that manages customer data, quotes, and orders. A job tracking system that tracks every order throughout the entire process, and allows for employees to communicate with eachother within each job detail screen. The system also provides a packing slip when a job is completed to attach to the job; tracking the job from the beginning until it goes out the door.

Problem: Growing department having trouble with tracking accont manager schedules, their customers and contacts, and communicating points of contact to other departments.

Technology Used: MySQL, IIS, PHP, CSS, XHTML, Javascript

Solution: All account managers created accounts within the application and added data about their customer, contacts, and their own working hours. A system was put in place to track times they would be out of the office, and who would be watching their accounts. A unique custom calendar displayed who was in the office and who was out of the office. Interacting with the calendar showed who backed each account manager up, and supplied contact information. Reports were developed to provide easy access to data on customers, contacts, account managers, and out of the office activity.

We createdan MS Access program that tracked customer data, had a ticketing system for customer jobs, handled invoicing, and generated reports.
